The property was constructed in the original location of a 1950s classic rancher, which Mueller Homes relocated and restored as a working tenant house. The interior includes six fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with a Lacanche stove, and carpentry crafted by hand by Mueller Homes in-house master carpenters, including wainscot molding, cherry paneling, barrel vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
